Can you get a sample first?
A floor looks different in your own light than on any screen. Order a physical sample and live with it for a few days before committing to a room. FloorFreight samples are $5 each, credited back on your floor order when you sign in at checkout.

What does the return policy actually say?
Read it before you order, not after. Ours: unopened flooring on orders of 250 sq ft or more can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with a 25% restocking fee and return freight paid by the customer. Trim, transitions, and installation accessories are final sale — no returns.
