How We Ship
LTL Freight
Large orders ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight on pallets. Delivered by semi-truck to your curbside. Best for orders of 3+ cartons.
FedEx / UPS
Small orders (1-2 cartons) and samples ship via FedEx or UPS parcel delivery directly to you.

Curbside Delivery
StandardDelivery is curbside only — the driver will not carry items inside your home. You handle moving it inside.
Liftgate Service
IncludedHydraulic liftgate lowers your pallet to ground level. Included in all freight orders — no extra charge.
Inside Delivery
Not AvailableFreight carriers do not carry flooring inside your home. Plan to have help available.

Delivery Day Checklist
Ensure a semi-truck can access your driveway or delivery location
Have a responsible adult (18+) present to sign for delivery
Inspect ALL boxes before signing — note any damage on the delivery receipt
Do NOT refuse delivery even if boxes are damaged — note it and accept
Clear a space for your delivery — boxes are heavy (30-80 lbs each)
Important: Report damage within 72 hours

FloorFreight uses flat-rate freight pricing: $99 for 1-2 cartons, $199 for 3-10 cartons, and calculated freight for 11+ cartons. Orders of $1,799 or more ship free anywhere in the contiguous US.
Is freight shipping free?
Yes, on orders $1,799 and up. Below that threshold, freight is $99 for 1-2 cartons or $199 for 3-10 cartons. Orders of 11+ cartons are quoted at calculated freight rates.
How is flooring shipped?
Large orders ship via LTL freight (less-than-truckload) on pallets, delivered by semi-truck curbside. Small orders of 1-2 cartons and samples ship via FedEx or UPS parcel delivery directly to you.
Where do you ship?
FloorFreight ships to all 48 contiguous US states. Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Box addresses are not eligible for freight delivery at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically process in 1-2 business days, then transit 5-12 business days to most locations in the contiguous US — about 1-3 weeks total from order to delivery, and we’ll confirm your delivery date once your order is processed.
Do you offer inside delivery?
No. Freight delivery is curbside only — the driver will not carry items inside your home. Liftgate service (hydraulically lowering the pallet to ground level) is included in all freight orders at no extra charge. Plan to have help available to move cartons inside.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Inspect all boxes before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the receipt and do not refuse delivery. Report damage within 72 hours by emailing shipping@floorfreight.com with your order number and photos or video of the damage.
