FloorFreight is an online flooring store. We sell Shaw Floors, COREtec and Anderson Tuftex as an authorized dealer of all three, and every floor order is placed with Shaw and ships from Shaw's facilities in Dalton, Georgia to all 48 contiguous states. FloorFreight is a family-owned flooring company, run by people who actually know floors.
Reviews here come only from customers who bought a floor from us, and we never hold a review back for its rating.

I’m very happy with my COREtec Originals Premium flooring in Cyril Oak. The color looks beautiful after installation and works very well in my home. The delivery was fast. When one carton arrived damaged, Jarrod handled the issue quickly and professionally. I really appreciate his prompt communication and excellent customer service.

Our Process
There is no public review form. A review starts with an invitation emailed to the customer who ordered the floor, so every review here has an order behind it.
The invitation goes out once an order has shipped, usually after it has been delivered, so the customer is reviewing a floor they bought, not one they are still choosing.
A review is never held back for its rating or for what it says about the floor. A buyer who gives a low rating is offered help with the order first, and can still leave the review either way.
Only spam, abuse, personal information such as a phone number or address, and text that is not about the floor.
Do Not Take Our Word For It
Reviews are one check. These are the others, each on a page that states it in full.
