Pick up to 4 samples from any style across Shaw Floors, Anderson Tuftex, and COREtec. Each sample is $5. We ship them to you so you can see the real color and texture in your home's lighting — next to your trim, on your actual subfloor, under your furniture. When you're ready to order the full floor, the full $5 per sample comes back as credit — just sign in at checkout with the same email you used for samples and it applies automatically. No coupon needed.

Yes. Mix and match across Shaw, Anderson Tuftex, and COREtec in the same sample box. Up to 4 total.

They don't expire. Your sample credit applies automatically toward your floor order whenever you're ready — as long as you sign in at checkout with the same email you used for the samples. Take the time you need to choose.

Place a second sample order. There's no limit on how many sample orders you can place — just 4 per box.

We're an authorized online dealer. When you order, we place it with the manufacturer and they ship direct from Dalton, GA — no showroom and no warehouse in between. Every floor is priced at each brand's advertised price (MAP), the same price every authorized dealer is required to show.

Yes. FloorFreight is an authorized dealer for Shaw Floors, Anderson Tuftex, and COREtec Floors. You get the same manufacturer warranties you'd get anywhere else.

Use our free room planner at floorfreight.com/room-planner. Enter your room dimensions and it'll calculate square footage, add the recommended 10% waste factor, and give you an exact carton count. For irregular rooms or multiple spaces, you can add as many rooms as you need.

Flooring is manufactured in batches called dye lots. The same style from two different dye lots can have subtle color variation. Always order enough to complete your project in one order — running short and ordering more later risks getting a slightly different shade. Our room planner adds 10% for waste, which also gives you a small buffer for future repairs from the same batch.

No. Our prices are for materials only — the flooring itself. Installation is handled separately by a flooring contractor of your choice. Check our blog for guidance on finding a good installer.

It depends on your order size. 1–2 cartons ship for $99 flat. 3–10 cartons ship for $199 flat. 11+ cartons ship via freight carrier at a rate calculated by ZIP code at checkout. Orders of $1,799 or more ship free. The one exception: any order containing underlayment, moisture barrier or felt carries a $300 freight charge — free when the flooring on your order comes to $1,799 or more.

Small orders of 1–2 cartons ship via FedEx or UPS — standard parcel delivery to your door. Orders of 3 or more cartons ship via LTL freight on a pallet. Freight delivery works differently: the driver brings the pallet to your curb or garage, not inside, and you'll need to be there to inspect every carton before signing the delivery receipt.

Typically 1–2 business days for processing, then 5–12 business days in transit — we’ll confirm your delivery date once your order is processed. Delivery is curbside: the driver brings your pallet to the curb or garage, not inside. We’ll send tracking once your order ships.

Not currently. We ship to the 48 contiguous US states.

Do not refuse the delivery. Accept it, but note any visible damage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign. Take photos of every damaged carton. Then email shipping@floorfreight.com within 72 hours with your order number and photos. We handle the freight claim — you don't deal with the carrier.

Refusing a freight delivery triggers a different (and slower) claims process. Always accept the delivery, document the damage, and contact us. We can resolve a noted damage claim much faster than a refused shipment.

Once we have your photos and order number, your replacement ships within 5 business days — you don't wait on the carrier's claim to resolve. The carrier picks up the damaged product after your replacement arrives, and we'll keep you updated throughout.

If your flooring arrives damaged, email shipping@floorfreight.com your photos (video helps, but photos alone are fine) and your order number within 72 hours — we file the carrier claim and ship replacements at no cost to you. Noting the damage on the delivery receipt when you sign makes the claim even smoother, and you never deal with the carrier.

It depends on your order size. Orders under 250 square feet are not eligible for return. Orders of 250 square feet or more can be returned within 30 days of delivery — unopened, in original packaging — with a 25% restocking fee and customer-paid return freight. Trim, accessories, and samples are final sale. To start a return, email hello@floorfreight.com with your order number. See our full Return Policy for details.

You can usually cancel within 24 hours of your order confirmation, with no cancellation fee — just email hello@floorfreight.com with your order number. After 24 hours, email us anyway and we’ll try, but once the manufacturer has staged your order for shipment, it can no longer be cancelled, even if it hasn’t left yet. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. An order that can no longer be cancelled falls under our Return Policy: eligible flooring can be returned after delivery, subject to the 25% restocking fee, with return freight at your expense.

Samples are final sale. At $5 each — with the full $5 credited toward your floor order when you sign in at checkout with the same email you used for samples — they're meant to be used, not returned.

You can browse and order samples without an account. For full floor orders we recommend creating one so you have order history, tracking, and easy access to your sample credits.

You'll receive a shipping notification email with tracking information once your order ships. You can also check order status in your account.
