Overview

FloorFreight is an authorized online dealer for Shaw Floors, Anderson Tuftex, and COREtec flooring products. We operate a drop-ship model, which means your order is shipped directly from the manufacturer to your door. We do not warehouse inventory — we coordinate between you and our manufacturing partners to get you the best price with reliable, trackable delivery.

By placing an order or using this site, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Orders and Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe and are charged in US dollars (USD). When you place an order, your payment method is authorized and charged at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international addresses.

Orders of 11 or more cartons ship via LTL freight and are delivered curbside on a pallet. Smaller orders ship via standard ground carriers. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed — delays may occur due to manufacturer lead times, carrier schedules, or weather.

Samples

Flooring samples are available for $5 each, with a maximum of 4 samples per order. Sample costs are credited toward a future full-size order of the same product. Samples are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible flooring orders. Please read the full policy below — return eligibility depends on order size, and some product types are final sale.

Hard Surface Flooring

  • Orders under 250 square feet are not eligible for return.
  • Orders over 250 square feet may be returned within 30 days of delivery. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned line items.
  • Return freight is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Products must be unopened and in their original manufacturer packaging.
  • Installed product is considered accepted and is not eligible for return.

Trim, Accessories & Samples

Trim and transition pieces, installation accessories (including TotalWorx adhesives and underlayments), and samples are final sale. No returns are accepted on these items.

How to Start a Return

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect all cartons and pallets at the time of delivery before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice visible damage, note it on the carrier’s delivery receipt and take photos before accepting the shipment.

If you discover damage or missing items after delivery, you must report it within 72 hours by emailing shipping@floorfreight.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue. Claims submitted after 72 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

Limitation of Liability

FloorFreight’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or purchase of products is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product(s) in question.

We are not liable for costs related to installation, labor, subfloor preparation, or any other consequential, incidental, or indirect damages. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, project delays, or costs incurred from hiring contractors. Flooring products should be inspected before installation — once installed, the product is considered accepted.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, legal requirements, or site functionality. When we make changes, we will update the “Effective” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of FloorFreight after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
