Buying COREtec Online

Where can I buy COREtec flooring online?

COREtec is sold through authorized retailers, including online dealers — FloorFreight is one of them, an authorized COREtec dealer.

When you order, we place the order with Shaw — which has owned the COREtec brand since acquiring USFloors in 2016 — and your floor ships from Shaw's facilities in Dalton, Georgia by LTL freight, curbside, anywhere in the 48 contiguous states.

Samples are $5 each, credited back on your floor order when you sign in at checkout, and every floor carries its full manufacturer warranty.

Before You Order

What to check before buying COREtec from any online dealer

These five questions apply to every online flooring seller, including this one. Ask them of anybody you are about to give a few thousand dollars to, and the answers will tell you most of what you need to know.

  1. 01

Is the seller an authorized dealer?

Ask the seller to name their authorization, and ask COREtec directly if you want it confirmed independently. Authorized dealers order from the manufacturer; an unauthorized seller cannot promise you the same product or the same coverage. FloorFreight is an authorized dealer of Shaw Floors, Anderson Tuftex, and COREtec.

  2. 02

    Does the manufacturer warranty apply?

COREtec warranties are written by the manufacturer and apply to product bought through an authorized channel and installed to the manufacturer's specification. Ask the seller to point you at the warranty document itself rather than a summary of it, and read what it asks of you at installation.

  3. 03

    What are the freight terms?

Flooring travels by LTL freight and arrives curbside on a pallet — the driver does not carry cartons inside. Ask what the freight charge is, what happens if a carton arrives damaged, and who files the claim. FloorFreight charges flat-rate freight from $99, with free freight on orders over $1,799, and we handle carrier damage claims ourselves.

  4. 04

Can you get a sample first?

A floor looks different in your own light than on any screen. Order a physical sample and live with it for a few days before committing to a room. FloorFreight samples are $5 each, credited back on your floor order when you sign in at checkout.

  5. 05

What does the return policy actually say?

Read it before you order, not after. Ours: unopened flooring on orders of 250 sq ft or more can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with a 25% restocking fee and return freight paid by the customer. Trim, transitions, and installation accessories are not returnable.
